NIGHTS The assemblage rests in virgin European oak, ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry and ex-Cognac casks.
European oak lends almond and wood smoke. Pedro Ximénez contributes aromatic spice and dark chocolate. Cognac casks bring pear, acacia honey and vanilla. Together, they harmonise the botanicals into a complex, dramatically smooth gin.
